Very often in fics and roleplay, scent is overlooked. So tell us, in your muse’s world, what are some scents that they like, encounter or even have? How does your muse smell? How does their home smell? What scents do they find comforting or disturbing? Is there a scent that can trigger a reaction in your muse?Giselle is from Andalasia, which I would imagine smells very clean and fresh. So, in comparison, parts of New York City must seem very smoky to her. It's not all bad though. New York City has a lot of bakeries, and Giselle loves the smell of fresh bread and other baked goods. I can also picture her wandering into a Dunkin Donuts, with a look of complete awe on her face. She would say it's magical. There are also a lot of florists in the city, and there's no smell better than the scent of fresh cut flowers.
Speaking of fresh cut flowers, that's what Giselle smells like. She also smells like the perfume she got when she went shopping with Morgan. It's very light and airy. Giselle says, "Like an open field in springtime." Nod.
Giselle is staying with Robert and Morgan, because there's no way Robert will let her stay in any nearby meadows or hollow trees. Their apartment was pretty messy when Giselle first arrived, but since she cleaned it, it smells much better. Robert's room smells like Robert, which is difficult to describe with words, but Giselle would probably say he smells like a breeze from the West. I don't claim to understand. Giselle would also say that Morgan's room smells like sunshine and the bathroom smells like soap.
Scents are very powerful. The right scent can put Giselle in a great mood, not that she's ever in a bad mood. Bad smells make her want to clean things. She's very neat.
